CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. The Vinyl Factory credit card payment system is secured and managed by Barclaycard Merchant Services ePDQ. This system is fully compliant with the new 'chip and pin' requirement and consequently you will be asked for your card security code.
CARDS ACCEPTED: Visa, MasterCard and Switch / Maestro
PAYMENT PROCESSING: Your order confirmation email and dispatch note will confirm the sum deducted from your credit card.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION: If we have a problem with Credit Card Authorisation we will contact you by email to try and resolve this. We reserve the right to request proof of your address and, if appropriate, deliver only to the cardholder's billing address.
ORDERING. Vinyl Factory will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day that it is received providing this is before 4pm UK time and the product is in stock, but can take up to two working in some circumstances. No orders will be dispatched over weekends or public holidays.
If an individual order is received containing two or more items, with one or more of the items' release date in the future, the whole order will be despatched together on the relase date of the latest item, as per the combined postage rates.
CONFIRMATION EMAILS. Once your order request has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order. Do Check your spam folder, it may be in there.
VAT. All prices displayed on the Vinyl Factory web site include VAT. All orders dispatched to EU countries have to have VAT included. Orders to non EU countries will have VAT deducted once the destination address has been entered during the checkout phase. Please note that all non EU customers will be subject to sales tax in their own countries.
INVOICING. You will receive an invoice from Vinyl Factory when you make a purchase.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY. All orders are delivered using Parcel Force.
CANCELLING AN ORDER You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If we have not yet shipped your order you may be able to cancel item(s) depending on their current order state.
Should you wish to cancel your order, the following terms will apply:
If the order status shows as 'In Progress' the billing and despatch process for your order has commenced. In this circumstance, you will need to cancel the order by waiting until you receive the item(s) and then following the instructions on the Despatch Note which is sent with your order, and returning the item(s) to us. We will then process your cancellation and issue a full refund. Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to any product which you have unsealed from the packaging in which it was supplied.
If you are wishing to return products because they are faulty please see the 'Returns' paragraph below.
RETURNS: We will only refund or replace items that either have a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. Any items must be returned to Vinyl Factory together with a description of the problem before we are able to evaluate whether a refund is due.
If you wish to return any item(s) from your order please fill out the back of the Despatch Note which is sent with all orders, detailing your reasons for return. You can then send the package back to us using the Freepost address provided. Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
For any item(s) which are defective, damaged or sent in error by us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. If you require a replacement we will send this to you free of charge.
For items which are no longer wanted we will refund the cost of the item but we will not refund any postage charges paid by you as part of your intial order. We will not issue any refunds where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging.
Please note that items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.
NON DELIVERY: All items sent by Parcel Force are insured and require signature on delivery.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS: Occasionally there may be information on this site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on this site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
What kind of information does VinylFactory collect?
We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number, when you visit this website and place an order online. We do not store any of your credit card details.
How does Vinylfactory use my information?
We may use your personal information in the following ways:

Does VinylFactory share my information?
Vinylfactory may only share your email address with other stores that hold in stock the items you've pre-ordered in this site.
